Great staff and ideally located for my meetings in Norwest Business Park

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

The remoteness is not in anyway a comment on the great hospitality experienced front the entire Mercure staff. This was my home away from home for almost 4weeks and I greatly enjoyed my stay. The room was a key reason for selecting; the hotel over a closer I is offering; very spacious with a huge wardrobe, big bathroom and walk in shower. This apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. I was on the 9th floor with a balcony(table and 2 chairs).Apart from a large wetroom and bedroom the large lounge had dining area, sitting area and complete kitchen .Equipment included a dishwasher ,microwave and hob with an enclosed laundry area.

I spent 2 nights here on a leisure break. I was most impressed with the facilities and the staff who were always helpful. On one occasion I needed some help with the TVs remote and the receptionist helped me immediately .

Room small but basically ok.

Located within 10 minutes walk of the tramway station "Tramway Avenue" with a local Woolworths and Macdonalds en route. And less than 20 mins if you catch the tram to Paramatta Station.

A great stay. Hotel is very convenient for Macquarie Park’s station with trains quickly into the centre of Sydney. Room was large and comfortable.

I stayed here for three nights. It was a last-minute decision, made in order to avoid a down-market hostel. I am so glad I changed accommodation because this place was a dream. The room was clean, with a quiet fridge (only the hyper-sensitive individuals will understand!), it had a great view and generally a nice feel to it. I would certainly stay here again (unless I win the lottery and can afford 5-star). My one criticism would be the shower. Access was difficult. The shower door opened...
