High-quality custom-made furniture, modern amenities, and the spacious rooftop terrace create a special, cosy atmosphere. The beach, pier, and town centre are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

The open-concept living and dining area impresses with plenty of natural light, high-quality materials, and modern, understated decor. Custom-made furniture crafted by a carpenter gives the apartment a unique character and creates a harmonious living environment. Comfortable seating invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings, while the large windows make the space feel bright and welcoming.
From here, you have direct access to the spacious rooftop terrace, which beautifully extends the living space outdoors. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need for shared meals. The adjacent dining area serves as the focal point for breakfast, game nights, or relaxing times with family and friends.

Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

An lift in the building takes you conveniently right to the apartment. You can park your car securely in the underground garage. Please note the clearance height of 2.25 m. The underground car park also features a lockable bike storage room for bicycles and sports equipment. Contactless check-in via the key safe allows for flexible arrival times.

**Location & Surroundings**
The penthouse apartment is located just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It’s located in the “Herz von Kellenhusen” apartment complex in a central location, just a few steps from cafés, restaurants, and the beach. The building also houses an Italian restaurant with outdoor seating—our recommendation for a relaxing evening right on the premises. The location is ideal for guests who appreciate being close to everything. The long sandy beach, the promenade, and the 305-meter-long pier are the hallmarks of this Baltic Sea resort. Active travellers will find excellent conditions here for water sports, walks, hikes, and bike rides. Excursions to the surrounding forests or towards Lübeck and Kiel are also great options.
