### Strelitzia Studio Karavados Kefalonia

The newly-built “Strelitzia Studio” (built in 2020) is on the ground floor of our family house surrounded by well-maintained grass, fruit trees, vegetable gardens and beautiful flowers.  
  
It can accommodate 2-3 guests, it has an open setup with a queen size bed and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer , an oven with ceramic stoves, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine , kettle etc  
  
It has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and hot water available 24/7.  
  
The space is airconditioned, it has a Smart Tv (with free Netflix), and wifi in all interior and exterior spaces  
  
In the open living room there’s an air-condition, Smart tv (with free Netflix) and safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire blankets  
  
There’s free private parking in the premises and the property including patios and gardens is fenced and has a remote-controlled car gate.  
  
It is located in Karavados 10.5km from Argostoli, in the southern part of Kefalonia with the sandy and shallow beaches and it is less than 2 km from the closest one (Agios Thomas) and just a few steps from the closest mini market and restaurant

L’appartamento è molto carino, nuovo, non grandissimo, ma fornito di tutto. La cucina, per essere quella di un monolocale, è spaziosa e dotata anche di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Piacevole sorpresa lo spazio fuori con tavolino che abbiamo usato per colazione/ cene. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio interno sotto una grande vite. Da tenere in considerazione la grande gentilezza e disponibilità dei padroni di casa.
