Recently full renovated Helios Sea View Villa designed to combine Greek traditional style with modern & minimal living enviroment.measuring 400 sq meters , offers all over full privacy in spacious patios & terraces.  
  
Helios Sea View 1 Bedroom Villa has a private gate with a short path between two gardens full of flowers and lemon trees.  
  
When you enter the Villa you walk into living area with the well equipped open plan kitchen with dining area and living/sitting area with 2 cozy armchairs and comfortable triple sofa bed ,ideal for 1 child ( 4-8 yrs & upon request).  
  
Also from here you have direct access to bedroom with a fluffy king size bed and it is connected with our modern and luxury en suite bathroom with walk in shower cabin.  
  
Also from living room area have easy access to relaxing sea and garden view veranda with outdoor dining area .Offer spacious outdoor patios, designed so that you may enjoy the scenery during a quiet breakfast or a relaxing day’s end watching the sunset.The outdoor area is close to a barbecue and a large courtyard… A magnificent place for a gathering.
