This is the ideal choice for your stay in the center of Argostoli, as this spacious two level house is located on a quiet street, just off the waterline of Koutavos lagoon and a two minute walk to the most loved landmark, the famous De Bosset Bridge. Stylish cafes like De Bosset café bar and Soulatso café bar dot the way on your short walk to City Center, offering you a chance to feed the sea turtles, buy fresh fish right off the traditional fishermen's boats, and mingle with locals. Argostoli is a picturesque town, ideal for long strolls, shopping sprees at its many local stores and dinners al fresco at its little restaurants on the pretty promenades or on water, after a long day on a beautiful beach.

Gradakia beach, and Lassi area are walking distance, and all the golden sand beaches including the exuberant Costa costa beach bar are a 5minute drive. If you are up to it, you may venture out on our 2 beautiful bikes (their use is complimentary) to the beach or just around the lagoon to watch the ducks, seagulls and the beautiful scenery. Cycle to St. Theodore Light house at sunset, and you will have the chance to take beautiful photos.

The house itself, is a cozy holiday nest designed to cater to all your senses. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large en-suite living/dining/kitchen area, it is perfect for two couples or a family. There are two shaded outdoor seating areas, on the ground floor in the front garden and upstairs on the large terrace looking out to the lagoon, where you may enjoy your glass of wine at the end of the day and your breakfast in the fresh morning air. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own smart TV so everyone may enjoy YouTube, Netflix etc. Wi-Fi internet connection is excellent if you need to have a zoom meeting. There is a sofa bed in the living room if needed. Kitchen is fully equipped so you may enjoy cooking with fresh local produce so readily available in Argostoli.
