- Casa Azilem, situated in the picturesque village of Kateleios in the South of Kefalonia island, surrounded by olive tree hillsides with a view to the Ionian sea. The area has a unique sense of tranquility and only 900M from the Blue Flag Ag. Varvara beach and Kateleios village.
Ideal for families with Children and/or Couples vacation. Built in 2023, has a plain style that blends in with the surrounding area creating a sense of serenity and harmony.
The villa is fully equipped and has a private pool.
1st floor: living room with open plan kitchen, dining area and terrace with lounge and dining area.
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms
Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with sofa bed(accommodates 2) with private bathroom. There is also a kitchenette and private office.
All areas are air conditioned. The bedroom with the sofa bed has a ventilator.
