Anelia is a lovely spacious retreat nestled in the quiet picturesque village of Katapodata, yet just a five-minute drive from the vibrant resort of Sami. This graceful villa offers breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, with sights over Sami Bay and across to the islands of Lefkada and Ithaka, creating a serene backdrop for your holiday.  
The villa features interiors that blend modern comfort with traditional Greek charm. Spacious living areas are adorned with stylish furnishings and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space while showcasing the scenic views. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, which can be enjoyed al fresco on the expansive terrace.  
  
Outside, Anelia boasts a large, private pool, within a sizeable plot offering a spacious terrace area with a lawn section in front. The terrace is ideal for sunset dinners or morning coffees, where you can soak in the stunning scenery.
