"The room was a superb find. Is not a new room; however is very comfortable, clean, spacious, close to everything and with lots of amenities. Its location is right in the middle of Downtown Historic Hilo. Close to the bus terminal which can take you the Volcanos Park and other locations of Hilo. "The property was convenient to beaches and Hilo . It was 45 minutes from Volcanoes park . There was snorkel equipment to use . The washer and dryer was appreciated . There is not A/C . It was muggy when we were there , but the fans made it comfortable . The house was well equipped with towels for the beach . The kitchen was well equipped also. There were basic spices and condiments which was appreciated . The welcome note and fruit basket were a very kind touch . Would recommend for a nice stay ."

"Very wonderful place to stay!! Has everything you need at property, The fruit trees in yard was awesome, had dragon fruit, coconuts, bread fruit. Bikes to ride down to the beach, snorkeling gear and even surf boards. Talked to host he is very informative knows the area just an all around cool person. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"He really enjoyed our stay at this place, everything was clean. The size of the spot was fantastic. We’re a family of six with four kids. They love playing outside and catching lizards. Amenities inside place was great. Kitchen was well stocked thankful for the boogie boards and snorkel equipment and beach chairs. The beds were comfy. The AC was fantastic when we used it. Thankful for a great place to stay. Hilo was an amazing local place with good local vibes and local food. Several great places around Hilo we’re swimming and snorkeling and even boogie boarding. We even did the hike that’s nearby the house towards the coast. Was hoping to make it for a sunrise, but it was always kind of cloudy and rainy. It rained a decent amount which we loved because we’re from California and it never rains. very happy to say that we got the stay that we were exactly looking for!"
