"This VRBO was exactly as described - loved being on the ground level where we could walk out directly to the pool, hot tub, the beach, putting green, etc! The bedrooms and other living spaces were spacious with good beds, and a well stocked kitchen and nice TV, portable beach chairs, a cooler, plenty of towels. All was fresh and clean! Laundry facility within the building. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The Kapa'a location was great being about 1/2 way to either end of the roads circling the island and convenient to the airport. Thank you for providing a lovely, comfortable space for a family of 4 adults!"

"Perfect location for a 3-4 day stay on Kauai. Really close to the airport with good access to other parts of the island. We couldn’t be happier with the comfort of the unit as well as the amenities of the resort. Fantastic property that has all the food and shops within really easy walking distances. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The location was also very convenient. We were close to the town of Kapaa and enjoyed walking the bike path that runs infront of the condo. We were a short drive from hiking trails and public beaches. "

"Our second year staying at this wonderful condo. Stephanie and Steven could not have been nicer hosts. The condo is in a great location within walking distance from many shops and restaurants about 20 feet from the ocean! It is also well maintained and beautifully appointed. We had an unusual weather pattern on last few days and they allowed us to stay one more night for the storm to clear."

"Our stay was amazing! The unit was amazing! The location is perfect, centrally located on the east side for getting to activities on either nirth or south sides of the island. When we come again we will definitely try to stay in this unit again!"

"This place is really nice! Unfortunately, when we arrived, we could not get into the unit. We were given a code but it was incorrect. We were outside for more than an hour (with our infant) as the front desk couldn’t help us and VRBO couldn’t get ahold of the manager/owner. Afterwards, they still communicated very poorly. The unit itself was very clean and very accurate to the pictures and it’s just a shame we couldn’t make this situation right and I wouldn’t stay again just for fear of not being able to get ahold of someone if you need to. "
