"Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms were clean, 2 pools and hot tubs and loungers were nice. Parking could be a bit of a pain, and the attached restaurant/bar that was on the beach was too expensive, so we found other really great options in Kapaa. "

"Amazing spot. You can walk to everything you need..Coconut Village, Coffee, Restaurants, Beach Lava Lava club. Airport is only 10 min away. The hot tub and pool are fantastic. The market (ABC) is steps away and has everything you need. Although hit up Walmart on your way up, way cheaper. Place is awesome, has everything you need for the beach including chairs and a big cooler. Will absolutly stay again!"

"I was in unit 321 and had a view of the ocean. It was a nice view for a view room. Pros: great location, it is a pretty property right next to the ocean and a 5 mile walking path, next to the marketplace with shops and restaurants, comfortable bed, great amenities that included a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, mini refrigerator, nice big tv, the room was clean, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The water may be to rough to swim at that beach but there is a better beach close by that would be good. Cons: the rooms need updating, and maintenance on the paint and bathroom vanity, the lighting is poor, the hand rail on the lanai was thick so I could not see the ocean when I sat outside, "

"Beautiful place to stay"

"No stove and the fridge was tiny. I am not sure if the ad showed no stove or not. Overall the room was adequate but due for a refreshing. The bathroom fan didn't work and tha cabinet hinges in the bathroom and kitchen were loose. The bathroom sink stopper only allowed water to drain if you removed it. Nothing to ruin our trip and the view off the balcony was worth everything. The property as a whole was better than the botanical garden we paid to see. (Smiths) "
