"This was an amazing place to stay. The location was very convenient to the airport and all other places we wanted to visit. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for meals and anything else you could imagine. Our host was very prompt about getting back to us with any questions or issues that we had. The only shortfall I would mention is that there is no AC. We were there in September when outside temps were mid 80s. Even with all windows and doors open we still were very warm day and night. I would stay here again in a minute if there was AC next time, or if we visited during the cooler time of the year. The outside landscaping and view of the ocean from our front sliding door and patio was beautiful and there was a great swimming area down at the ocean front and also a very nice swimming pool. We had a wonderful family vacation with our daughter, son in law, and 2 grandchildren. Very thankful for our time we spend on the beautiful island of Kauai "

"This is my "go to" property when booking on Kaua'i. I travel a lot for work and I like that it feels more like home than in a resort room. Parking is right outside the units which is a huge plus! Remember to check your email for your room code information & instructions to avoid showing up at the office necessarily."

"The condo is very comfortable, beautiful view, very nicely decorated and well furnished with everything you need. We survived a hurricane and we were very fortunate to be located close to food and supplies. Also a gas station that was open and had a short line. We would love to come back under better weather conditions"

"Perfect location. Within walking distance to many restaurants, small market. Beach was amazing. There were many amenities that made the stay that was thoughtful. Boogie boards, beach towels, coolers. Made our stay wonderful."

"We come to Kauai every couple of years to visit our son and family. This is easily the best accommodation we have stayed in yet. The condo was very well supplied with all our needs. We started and ended each day on the lanai overlooking the pool and beach. The beach is small but lovely. It is protected from the waves but is nice to cool off in. The pool was excellent. We used the outdoor BBQs a couple of times. We had good communication with the host at the start and he was quite helpful. Overall excellent! We hope to use this as our regular go-to place to stay in future visits.Gary and Pam"

"You can’t beat this extremely well-stocked condo for the view, layout, and proximity (easy walks to the beach, pool, and numerous restaurants and shopping options). Absolutely the best place we’ve stayed on the islands. Also, a nice middle spot on the island (north to Princeville, Hanalei, Hā’ena, south to Lihue, Waimea, Poipu). The owner is super friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Mahalo!’"
