The pool featured in their photos belongs to another business -- which costs $20/hour with no discounts for hotel guests. I immediately checked out."

I had paid 5 months in advance and she acted as if they didn’t have a room for us but a later receptionist showed us 4 rooms to choose from. I wrote to management and the failed to respond.
