The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. The living areas look out to lower Views of Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown Hill (slightly interrupted by trees and neighboring properties).

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area. Please confirm your bedding configuration with us directly.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Standing shower only.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, and smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and microwave.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
