The experience as a whole was great from start to the finish. The rooms are comfortable, well lit and clean. The sleep quality was great thanks to the comfortable and clean beds and sheets. The hotel is really quite during the nights even though it's located in Thamel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners were so nice, they even stored some of my clothes while I did the Everest base camp trek. Awesome hot breakfast, the staff could not do enough for you. The operations manager,Kanchan, was over the top helpfull, he booked taxis for us,changed money(despite what is reviewed, the price was comparable to money changers in Kathmandu) and even walked us to an ATM down the road. our bus to phokara was leaving early in the morning, on our day of departure, so they made us a travel brekkie. thanks for making our father/son trek memorable.
