This is the only hotel i stay when i visit kathmandu. They provide free shuttle, free breakfast, free xerox and excellent hospitality, super clean room with necessary amenities. We didn’t expect much, but this was overpriced for what we got ($60). There were bugs in the room, no hot water, and traffic noise all night long. Stromausfälle wurden sofort behoben (die scheinen in Nepal normal zu sein, habe ich sogar im 5\*-Hotel erlebt. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft recht kalt, Heizung hat aber gut funktioniert. We changed our arrival flight, but staff responded to our last minute call and were waiting for us at the domestic terminal upon arrival. We were not sure where the Covid Testing lab was located, but the staff who met us at the airport agreed to take us to the lab for our Covid Test. We had to cross the Ring Road to get to the lab and the staff escorted us safely across the Ring Road. The location of the hotel is ideal for easy access to the Kathmandu airport. By no means a luxury hotel, never the less the hotel has all the basics and staff were incredibly king and helpful. Food quality was very good and there were a wide variety of choices. Proximity to the airport could not be better and we appreciated free shuttle service. Excellent staffs and were very helpful. Aircon was excellent. Room had TV with premium international channels. There was elevator which was very useful for persons with heavy luggage. Hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from hotel, that was very helpful too. Room was clean. No bugs. Hot water in the shower. Room not cramped. The Bad: two light bulbs missing. Above average sorry noise. Room finish work.
