Superb location in Thamel, although ALL hotels in KTM are noisy. Loved the rooms. Service is good too, BUT only problem is food in Hotel restaurant is unusually expensive. B'fast is average too. I had a bad experience with the rooms locks on the bathroom door and they had to break the door in, this wasn’t the greatest experience and the other bathroom in my suite hadn’t been cleaned in a long time or during my stay there and had feathers from birds outside the window on the floor, and lots of dirt and dust all over. Second shower only have very hot or very cold not able to get the perfect temperature, end up taking a cold shower. TV channels were not working had to ask twice to fix it. I am glad I didn't go to breakfast on the first day, The second day the selection they had was really bad, eggs was the most interesting in the menu and guess what they didn't have any asked to make more, manager offered me fried rice. This was at 9am.
