There were a couple minor issues "No Hot Water" for one morning, but everything else was great. The staff always have a smile, and willing to help. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. Also the hot water, AC, and WIFI are all super reliable, which is hard to find in Thamel. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel, la chambre était propre, le lit était confortable, l'hôtel est bien situé dans le quartier de Thamel. Le déjeuner était inclut et il était correct (oeufs, patates, toasts, café, thé, jus, fruits...) Le personnel de l'hôtel étaient très polis et toujours prêt à aider ou nous renseigner. Le rapport qualité prix était très bon. Traffic noise is zero. Rooms are clean. Water was available 24 hours a day including hot water. Staff behaviour is very good too.
