The staff were helpful and the restaurant was good value. During the day the roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and relax. It's in the pedestrianised part of Thamel and is a good location. The bad part though was it's very close to a nightclub. I stayed 2 night and every night I could hear loud music into the early hours despite wearing earplugs and a beanie pulled down over my ears to try and drown it out. The room had two single beds but not much space in between them, as I was on my own this was ok but I think it would be very cramped for two people with luggage. The hotel public areas of the hotel lovely but my room was dated. The staff were lovely and helped us out with different things, and even upgraded us. They arranged a fair priced airport pick-up which was waiting for us when we arrived. The room was very clean and perfect for the budget we were in. It isn't 5 star but that suited us perfectly as we were on a budget. Everything we needed was in the room and it was in a quieter street of Thamel. We slept well on a good bed and although the shower was basic it had plenty of hot water. We would happily stay there again. It is a very good budget. option. Highly recommended to all!! ##### Hiromi Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### ｃ 18 Mar 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 凄く良いです 総合的に凄く良いです。 まず、立地が素晴らしい。 タメル地区のど真ん中。 周辺のレストランも格安でおいしく、多様な料理店が目白押しです。 生活用品。たとえばシャンプー、電気屋、ミネラルウオーターやお土産、 きりがないです。何でもホテルから１分以内で揃います。 英語の使えるドライバーのタクシーもドンドン来るので、ネパーリーが使うスーパーマーケットとか観光地にすぐ行けちゃう。 とにかく便利。 ネットもWi-Fiが３台あり、停電でも繋がるので有り難いです。 コンセントもスタッフが日本のコンセント用の変換器をすぐ持ってきてくれて、すぐ使える。 最近大型のＨＯＮＤＡの発電器を新品で購入したので、停電時にありがたくなると思います。 １階のレストランは、表通りから少し奥にあり、静かで落ち着いていて、おまけに周辺の店の品を何でもすぐにお安く持ってきてくれて、清潔な食器で出してくれる。 部屋もお安い簡素な部屋から、ファミリーで豪華に滞在できるデラックスな物まで多様で、料金や快適さや多様な要望に応えてくれますので、色々見て回って決められますし、変更もスタッフがどんどんやってくれます。 もちろん料金も、格安適正です。 快適なベッド、ソファー、液晶ＴＶ、エアコン、クローゼット、テーブル、清潔な洗面所、水洗トイレ、ホットシャワー。 あと特筆物が、屋上です。にぎやかなタメル地区なのに、屋上は静かで、日当たりも良く、快適な椅子やテーブルでのんびりマッタリとくつろげて、 他のお客さんとも触れ合えて、情報交換したり、世界中のお国柄事情や、何でも出来る、素晴らしい環境です。 あと一番重要なスタッフですが、 日本語ぺらぺらのオーナーさんがしょっちゅういてくれるし、困ったり相談事も急ぎの用でも携帯で連絡して、どんどん旨くやってくれますから、本当に心強いし、もう数名かなり日本語が旨いスタッフも毎日いてくれて、 親切で心のこもった、気の利いたサービスを提供してくれます。 スタッフ全員が英語が出来て、他の言語もいけるでしょう。 何せレベルが高いでも。 そりゃ１泊２万円を超えるようなスペシャスル豪華ＶＩＰホテルのようには行かない場面もあるかもしれませんが、でも全員がベストを尽くして真心込めてサービスしてくれますし、お金の問題ではないことも凄く柔軟な対応を見せてくれます。これは絶対です。 若い気さくで気の利いた賢いスタッフもいてくれて、本当に素晴らしい。 間違いなくカトマンズのベストチョイスですね。 荷物の配達や、トレッキングの手配、ヒマラヤフライトまで多様なサービスしてくれますし、何せ便利で快適で、良すぎるぐらい良いです。 言いたいことが多すぎて、長文になりすぎるので切り上げますが、 本当にお世辞でもなんでもなく、答えに行き着いているホテルだなと思いました。 またすぐにネパールに行く予定ですが、絶対ここに滞在します。 掛け値なしでお勧めです。 まあ、他にも良いホテルはたーくさんありますが、私はここが好きです。 心がこもっている。 これが決め手です。 お金儲けではない、良くしようというスタッフ全員のチームプレイが生み出す素晴らしさだなとつくづく思いますよ。 良いスタッフばかり揃っていて、総合評価でトップだと思います。 まあ一度のぞくだけでも良いですの行ってみて下さい。 その時あなたは私の言いたいことをすぐに『感じる』でしょう。 マジおすすめです。 きりがないのでこの辺で。 ##### ｃ Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### Kelly 9 Mar 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### great place to stay Location of the hotel is incredible, right in the heart of Thamel.
