Great location. Located on a dead end street (no thru traffic noise, etc.) Absolutely the nicest and most helpful staff you'll find. A breakfast buffet was included in our three night stay and it was delicious every time. The hotel has two main buildings. The right as facing side has an enormous building being built on the rear/east side. Our room window faced the new building which blocked the view. It was not an issue for us as we only slept in the room and did not stay there for the view. Something to consider though if you must have a view. The hotel does not have an elevator if you need one. We were on the top floor with 4 very heavy (23 kg each) bags. The staff was more than helpful and assisted with the bags upon our arrival and departure. The hotel also had a vehicle you can use to take to the airport. Maybe a bit more expensive (1000 rupees 9:30 at night) than you could find yourself but definitely worth the convenience and knowing it was a hotel staff member versus a complete stranger driving us to the airport at night. I have travelled to/from Nepal multiple times over the years and this hotel will be at the top of my list when I plan to return next year.
