This recently renovated and impeccable apartment is located in Pieria Katerini, street Thessalonikis 93 of the mainroad, ten minutes walk to centre.  
The 30 sqm apartment is on the first floor with balcony and view on street road and also has elevator.  
The apartment has a beautiful view from living room and also bed room on main road.  
The apartment is very quiet due to high quality double glazed windows for four season.   
It also includes air condition.  
  
The neighbourhood is very safe and vibrant   
The guest can find in neighbourhood a wide range of food, markets, supermarkets, bus station, bakery, greek tavernas just five minutes walk.  
Also for those who wish to enjoy the trendiest part of town life, walking down town to a popular area of Katherini you can find everthing you want such as fashion shops, coffee, restaurant, bars and many more.  
  
In the summer you can go to a place nearby the cost called Paralia.
