Great location, friendly staff. Room was nice and the amenities were great. Like the surrounding areas. Close to train stations. Excellent choices for breakfast. Will return to same hotel before leaving Japan. Lots of options for food in the area, few convenient stores .

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

"This was our second time staying here. The first time was definitely better. There seem to be something going with the a/c in the elevator section, which was weird. The room we got this time had a broken shower head and was not replaced. Also, it was our first encounter with the person over the counter ..."
