"I would highly recommend this hotel. We had nothing to complain about. The room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the canal through a large window from the lounge. The staff were just amazing, especially Maria, who went out of her way to make sure we got the room we wanted and also attending to the small details in our stay, making us feel so at home. She is an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was great, with everything you needed being offered. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The beds were comfy and the pillow menu was really helpful when we wanted a firmer pillow. The location is really good with restaurants and sightseeing literally just around the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

Everything was appreciated. The hotel is quite central, and everything is nearby, including the Metro, busses and railway station. Check-in was swift and efficient, and we were talked through all amenities upon arrival and taken to the elevator to go to our room. The room was well-appointed, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Also, as we arrived a bit late in the day, we hadn't booked anywhere to eat. The restaurant was really busy, but they still made room for us and had an awesome first night. "
