"The entire hotel and conferences was beautiful and recently updated. It’s great for families, complete with designated kids play spaces! I didn’t use it, but a pool and sauna are available as well as exercise facilities. I found the staff warm and welcoming and helpful with taxis and keeping bags. Our room was lovely and very comfortable."

"The location was good and the apartment was cute. Unfortunately it was quite warm when we were there (late July) and couldn't open the windows because of the flies and bugs so we only relied on the fans -- which made the sitting and sleeping uncomfortabe. Also the bathroom sink was quite small and would be nice to updgrade to a larger one so that the water doesn't splash back and spillover with something as simple as washing our hands."

"My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this property for 5 nights. The location is amazing! Very walkable to multiple tourist attractions, and close to two Metro stops. The apartment itself is shabby-chic and lived-in, with a comfortable feeling. The ceilings are surprisingly high with windows going all the way up, which lets in a lot of natural light and allows for cross-breezes to keep things cool in the summer. It is lightly furnished and has kitchen basics for cooking if you want to eat in. There are two grocery stores within a few minutes to get all the essentials, and a half-size fridge that holds a decent amount of bottles/cans. The beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are high quality. The water pressure in the shower is good with hand-held sprayer and rain shower options (the shower curtain needs replacing though). The coffee maker is handy if you don't want to pay 10 USD for your morning latte at the local cafes - it is delicious but like everything in this city, quite expensive. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and feel that we lucked out with this place!"
