The beautiful four-bedroom villa of 220 m2 has 4 bathrooms and can accept up to 10 persons. Its location enables you to explore the Istrian inland as well as the coast. The closest beach is only 8 km away and you can reach Medulin, Pula, Rovinj, Umag, and Novigrad in less than 30 minutes by car.
The house features two living and dining areas, as well as two fully equipped kitchens, one on each floor. Both have direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool. There are four bedrooms, three of them have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. The fourth bedroom has separated beds and is suitable for children. An additional guest toilet is on the ground floor.
An outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 dominates the garden. Take a swim or just relax on the beach chair while soaking up the sun. By the pool, there is an outdoor dining area for twelve with a BBQ, a perfect place to prepare delicious meals and spend some quality time with your family or friends.
The villa Comfort offers many entertainment options for children. In the garden, they can find a playground with swings, a slide, and table tennis. They can also play badminton or jump on the trampoline.
