The villa is nestled in peaceful nature but close to Porec and the sea and offers plenty of space for large families or friends. Equipped with everything and more for a great holiday. Come and experience a holiday! Let us convince you of a very nice accommodation. You can convert all beds into double beds or as single beds. In the 6th Bedroom is once 90x200 bed and once 80x200 Mini football Sufficient air conditioning Equipment with almost everything. 6 bedrooms offer a lot of space. Large covered charcoal grill with seating. The beach is about 7 km Porec 10 km. Kastelir / labici is one of the most beautiful places with best and close connection to the sea. Surrounded by olives and vineyards. Peaceful, but not boring. Es hat uns in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt da die Ausstattung hervorragend ist. Der Garten und der Pool sind top gepflegt und ebenfalls wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Postel und der Agentur vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Das Ausführen der Hunde war allerdings problematisch da das angrenzende Feld nicht begehbar war und der Asphalt bei 35 Grad nicht für Hundepfoten geeignet ist. Angesichts der strengen Hausregeln für Hunde waren wir gezwungen mit dem Auto ins naheliegende Grün zu fahren. Insgesamt würden wir aber trotzdem 5 Sterne vergeben und dieses Haus wieder buchen. ##### Gordon W.
