Best property and best location! Walking distance from afitos village and the beach (it takes few minutes to get to the village but it is about 100-150 steps, depends on your room location in the hotel, BUT it is the only hotel that is walkable from the beach and the village!! Great staff, personal attention, good breakfast, best view. Pay attention- not all the rooms have the same view, just some have a clear huge window, others have a balcony.

Great hotel
Great hotel close to the beach. Not suitable location for those with mobility issues but lovely friendly staff. Just spent 2 weeks and feel totally relaxed and well looked after. Daily maid service and clean towels and sheets regularly.

Nice hotel and good and friendly staff
Everything was wonderfull, till the breakfast to the room accomodation. We recommend this hotel for sure.

Good beach hotel, knowledgeable and friendly staff
Overall, good beach hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good location close to beach, restaurants, etc. Great daily breakfast with lots of choices and in a cute setup. Received great recommendations for local restaurants and about the general area. Only negative note is that guests should consider that this is not a non-smoking hotel. We entered our room (with our twin toddlers) and the previous guest had been smoking inside for days. Took two days to get rid of the smell. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit.

Leider hat mit unserer Buchung nichts geklappt. Hätten wir keinen Freund der die Landessprache beherrscht dabei gehabt wäre es ein vollkatastrophe geworden. Falsches Zimmer zugewiesen. Wasser Ausfall. Frühstück nur kleine Auswahl. Notausgang Beleuchtung macht das Zimmer nachts viel zu hell.

Rebooked to White Suites!!! Overbooked???
We have been rebooked to White Suites cause the Beach Hotel was overbooked. This is what happended to many people in the Beach House. Both hotels are from the same owner. But the White Studios are not good and expensive. No cold water in the shower. Beachhouse is nice and near to the beach. Nice staff and quiet area.

Das Beach House liegt unterhalb der Ortschaft Afytos direkt am Meer! Das Partnerhotel ist einige Gehminuten entfernt, dort gibt es kostenlose Liegen am Strand. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen, liebevoll angerichtet und von allem genug vorhanden! Kaffee, Tee, Obst, frisches Rüherei etc. Das Bad ist eine Fehlkonstruktion da es beim Duschen immer überschwemmt da der Duschvorhang oberhalb der Wanne endet... Bett und Klimaanlage waren in Ordnung! Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir würden wieder dort übernachten, es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub!

Maalesef otelin oda izolasyonu kotu olduğu için içeride kertenkeleler vardı. otelin havluları iki günde 1 değişmesine rağmen pis/lekeli havlu geliyordu. resepsiyon saat 5 de kapandığı ve otelde kimse olmadığı için akşam şikayetinizi belirtebileceğiniz veya odada bulduğunuz pis havluyu değiştirmesini isteyeceğiniz kimse olmuyordu. zaten otelde toplam 2 personel var hem resepsiyon hem mutfak hem de temizliğe bakıyorlar. check in saati 14 olmasına rağmen ve otele 14.10 da gitmemize ragmen min 1 saat oda temizlenmesine zaman var diyip check out zamanı 12 diye hatırlatma yapabiliyorlar. illa afitos sahilinden denize giricem demiyorsanız -ki kassandra da cok güzel plajlar var- daha düz ayak bir otel seçmenizi tavsiye ederim.
