Walking into the house in the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, a guest wc and a sunny, spacious living room with great sea view. The kitchen is fully-equipped with kitchenware and a dining table. Exiting the living room you’ll find yourself in awe facing the Aegean Sea.
You can relax in the terrace having a glass of wine or even sunbathe in the private garden of the residence complex
On the second floor the villa has two bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms are sunny and have their own balcony. Guests can enjoy the sea view from every room!
Bakeries, supermarkets etc are a 100m distance from the villa. All famous beach bars are 1-5 km away from the house!
