Ideal Mediterranean themed Villa for spending some quality time with friends and familly.   
The sea is at your service at any given time, just 5 stairs away !  
Huge garden, perfect for activities, from sports to picninc, cookouts etc..  
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, giving off calm and relaxing vibes.  
Our villa is approximately 500m. from the mini market, also a beach bar and several tavernas (Greek traditional restaurants) are within walking range.  
The building consists of 2.5 Mediterranean themed floors with a porch looking directly at the seawaves and another two porches great for enjoying your sunny mornings, as well as garden of 2.000 m2 and a private parking lot.
