Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because they listed Laundry was available when I made reservations, but there wasn’t any available onsite when I asked the front desk. We were in Kashiwa for a soccer tournament, so I wanted to have laundry at the hotel to wash my son’s uniform at the end of the day for games the following day.
