"This hotel needs significant maintenance. The hallway carpets are dirty, and the room carpets are in poor condition as well. There’s a strong musty smell throughout the halls, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no self-parking available, and guests are required to pay for valet parking, which is inconvenient. "

"We arrived and asked to check in early and the charge was 40 USD. We got to our room it was very clean and had a nice tv. Only issue with the hotel was that the walls were paper thin. You could hear everything the people next door talked about. Also outside our window was a house that had roosters and chickens, Very loud in the early morning i couldn’t stay asleep. Overall a nice stay for one night nothing longer."

"our stay here was amazing , it was very clean and had all amenities we needed , the host was very helpful and responded fast when we needed help with entrance, I loved the property it had a cafe.I also loved how beautiful the penthouse was as well as the property itself. This place was better then i expected i definitely would love to stay again next time we travel to Zapopan."
