There’s a strong musty smell throughout the halls, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no self-parking available, and guests are required to pay for valet parking, which is inconvenient. "

"Bed clothes inside were dirty with food or I don’t know what. Hairs arround pillows, really they didn’t cleaned the room before rent it again. I requested room change and the new one was also with hairs in the lavatory and between the sheets etc. I mean you can stay anywhere but a dirty place …! "

"our stay here was amazing , it was very clean and had all amenities we needed , the host was very helpful and responded fast when we needed help with entrance, I loved the property it had a cafe.I also loved how beautiful the penthouse was as well as the property itself. This place was better then i expected i definitely would love to stay again next time we travel to Zapopan."
