An decent choice in Kars
This hotel is average. Its 4-star designation comes from having a pool and spa and providing some "luxury" touches in your room. My bed was comfortable but it filled so much of the space that it wasn't possible to fit a chair at the desk. Overall the staff were great; one staff person spent time making sure I understood where to catch the bus to Ani. They accommodated my request for a new room after the first night. I did have a disagreement with the front desk; my Turkish wasn't good enough to explain my point of view, so I am not lowering my rating based on this disagreement.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, at the hotel we helpful and friendly. We have travelled all the way from Baku and this was the best place we had stayed in. Thoroughly recommend.

A great place to stay!
Grans Ani Hotel in Kars is a great place to stay. We arrived very late 3:30 AM and they made the rest of our stay very comfortable. They kept the breakfast beyond regular hours of operation knowing we had arrived late. All in all very happy with the stay, service and atmosphere.

A good choice of hotel in Kars, good location. Comfortable but a little tired around the edges e.g. tv didn’t work, shower door broken etc. Room very hot and not able to control (apart from opening the window) very comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff.

Grand Ani Hotel'i ailem ile beraber Kars gezimde konaklamak için seçtim. 3 gece 4 gündüz konakladığım sürece çok memnun kaldık ailem ile beraber ve herkese de tavsiye ederim. Hotel personelinin bizlere karşı yardımsever duruşundan çok etkilendik. Kahvaltılar da son derece doyurucu ve çeşitlilik yönünden iyiydi. kaldığımız odada Kars geceleri çok soğuk olmasına rağmen üşümeden kaldık. Odalarda kalanların kullanması için her türlü konfor düşünülmüş, ihtiyaç olabilecekler ise konulmuş. Otel personeline ve müdürlerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

Biz doğu ekspresi sonrası seyahat için tercih ettik temizlik konusunda gayet başarılı bütün ürünler tek kullanımlık araştıran arkadaşlar düşünmeden tutabilir umarım gün geçtikçe kalitesi artmaya devam eder.

Otel karşılama, ilgi alaka çok fazla odada diş fircasindan kattle a kadar hersey düşünülmüş, kahvalti acik büfe çok cesitli kimse ac kalmaz karsa özgün peynir çeşitleri güzel. kadin erkek ayri saatlerde spa merkezi var ayri saatler olmasi nedeniyle esinizle birlikte kullanamiyorsunuz vakit kaybi oluyor ozellikle tek gecelik konaklamalarda. Bir de bizim kaldigimiz oda arka tarafa bakiyordu ve harabe gibiydi cok onemli degildi ama yine de aksam odada dinlenirken ilk defa gezme amacli geldigimiz bu şehiri camdan izlemek isterdim

Güzel otel
Süper temiz bir oda ve odada , her şeyden fazlası ile vardı. Personel çok cana yakın ve ilgili. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Sadece havuza belli saatlerde aile olarak girilmemesi biraz sorun oldu. Genel olarak fiyat / performans olarak çok güçlü. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Modern ve Sorunsuz
Ulaşımı çok kolay, tertemiz, bakımlı ve modern bir otel. Masaj, sauna, spor salonu, havuz gibi imkanlar sunuyor ama biz ailece şehir turunda olduğumuz için onlara vakit ayıramadık. Bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Oda oldukça konforlu, her şey sorunsuz çalışıyor ve dışarıdan ses gelmiyor. Otelde hiç gürültü yoktu, bir buçuk yaşındaki bebeğimizle rahat ettik bu anlamda. Ayrıca kahvaltı çok zengin ve her şey taze ve leziz. Kars’ı çok beğendiğimiz için kışın da gelmek istiyoruz ve eminim buraya konaklayacağız :)

Fiyat/performans açısından kesinlikle tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgili. Karşılamadan çıkışa kadar tüm çalışanlara alakaları için teşekkür ederiz. Odalar temiz, kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Konumu merkezi, kapalı otoparkı da mevcut.

Successful stay in Kars
My stay is good . The location of the hotel is good as it is in the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food is excellent. One problem is that there is one small and old elevator.
