"The house and back yard is lovely, plenty of room and in a great location for what we needed. I do recommend a larger bin in the kitchen considering the size of the house and how many people it is capable of holding. The bed and mattress in the main bedroom needs to be upgraded. "Poppy’s place is delightful. A renovated classic Queenslander in a stunning location with Mt Cootha and its amazing tracks close by, and delicious cafes and takeaway food within a few hundred meters. Poppy is a warm, generous host who provided a range of goodies for us. We loved this place and hope to return!"

"The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. Sorry."
