Sehr ländlich

Super gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr netter Vermieter, durften uns am Obst auf dem Gelände bedienen, Trauben und Feigen waren reichlich vorhanden. Aber auch Kiwipflanze, diverse Obstbäume, Nussbäume, Olivenbäume. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut, Die Feuerstelle mit dem tollen Holztisch war sofort unser Lieblingsplatz. Ausreichend Liegen am sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Zimmer nett eingerichtet, nicht ganz modern, aber gemütlich. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle in Ratokule, daher mussten wir immer in die andere Richtung 7 km zum Bäcker fahren. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber eben deshalb auch sehr abgelegen.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, großer Garten, schöner Pool, wunderbar um einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub zu verbringen. Und man stört auch niemanden, wenn es mal lauter wird.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Ruhige Lage. Der Pool war etwas kühl aber dennoch sauber und man konnte trotzdem baden. Die vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen

Alles bestens, gerne wieder!!

Waren im August 2021 mit zwei Familien hier. Trotz sehr zeitiger Anreise, ein freundlicher Empfang im Garten und das Haus wurde noch komplett frisch gereinigt. Ideal für Kinder die etwas auslauf brauchen, das Grundstück ist riesig und der Pool Super. Der Vermieter macht Wein selber der sehr gut schmeckt und günstig zu bekommen ist :).

Toller Urlaub

Die bisherigen Bewerbungen können wir nur bestätigen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ein Traum. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein (lag aber wohl an den kühlen Nächten) und ist aber auch der einzige Minuspunkt (wenn überhaupt). Der Besitzer ist ein ganz toller Mensch. Trotz Sprachbarrieren ist er immer bemüht und hilfsbereit. Zum Ende bekamen wir noch ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Das haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Top!

Waren mit Kindern und Enkeln i...

Waren mit Kindern und Enkeln im Feriendomiziel, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Wohnbereich. Pool war super und auch für Kleinkinder gut geeignet. Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und geben einem Tipps. Istrien ist für uns immer wieder ein schönes Reiseziel. Reisetipps: Bademöglichkeiten wie Novigrad und als Tipp Cervar gut zu erreichen. Spitze ist die Pizzeria bei Lanterna. Oder etwas weiter der der Sandstrand bei Medulin.

Wunderschönes Haus, Top gepfle...

Wunderschönes Haus, Top gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns am ersten Abend selbst hergestellten Likör gebracht. Ansonsten hielten sie sich immerim Hintergrund. Reisetipps: Familienfreundliche Strände gibt es in Porec Strand Borik und in Novigrad Karpinjan Beach. Beide mit Parkplätzen direkt vorm Strand, viel natürlicher Schatten und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.Zum Essen gehen sollte man unbedingt die Gastsrubr Agroturizam Selo Mekisi in Vizinade testen – ein Traum! Achtung, am Wochenende unbedingt vorher reservieren.

Wir können dieses sehr schöne ...

Wir können dieses sehr schöne Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurdenwir von den Besitzern sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl sie kaum deutsch und englisch verstanden, gab es keinerlei Probleme. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Verkostung vom selbst hergestellten Likören.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Alles was man im Haushalt benötigt war vorhanden. Der Pool wurde stets gereinigt.Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Abschied gab es sogar noch ein kleines Erinnerungsgeschenk.Sollten wir diese Region wieder bereisen, dann werden wir sicher wieder bei ... buchen!!! Reisetipps: Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien und waren von dieser Region beeindruckt.Unbedingt besuchen:Hum(die kleinste Stadt der Welt), Porec, Motovun und Rovinj.Der Altstadt von Buzet sollte man auch einen Besuch abstatten!Eine Weinverkostung , die sehr oft an den Wegen angeboten wird, sollte ebenfalls zum Reiseprogramm gehören!

Ländlich gelegen,mit offenem Grundstück. Tiere wie Ameisen und Ohrenkneifer sollten einen nicht stören...ist ebend Natur.Vermieter sehr nett und sind bemüht sich verständlich zu machen :)) Einrichtung einfach aber alles was nötig ist, empfehlung : Kaffeemaschine mitbringen vorhandene reicht nur für 3 Tassen aus.Ab 2017 mit Klimaanlage (lt.Vermieter) Reisetipps: Alles wichtige und sehenswerte im Umkreis von 20 – 80 Km erreichbar
