  • Modern Scandinavian island home on idyllic Lilla Fjellsholmen, 45 min north of Gothenburg, 30 min south of Marstrand. Two nearby golf courses.
    100 m to the sea with pier, small beach, and private boathouse.

    The nearby village of Kärna offers grocery stores and basic services, while Kungälv (20 minutes away) has shopping, restaurants, and public transport connections to Gothenburg.

    The house provides a calm setting to relax by the sea — perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying nature.

    Inside, the house features:
    • First floor: open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with TV.
    One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a fan for warm nights.
    One bathroom with shower.

    • Second floor: two bedrooms with double beds, a loft with sofa, and a tiled bathroom. One bedroom with aircondition, the other with a fan.

    • Amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and high-speed WiFi.

    The interior combines light Scandinavian design, natural tones, and panoramic windows overlooking the sea and rocks.

    Outside: Large terrace with dining area, sofa, and sunbeds and a barbecue.
