"Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here. "The room is new, clean, and comfortable. Small but you’ll get everything you need. I’d be happier if I had one more towel but still I got two so I could live with that. They only offer shampoo but it has something in it and it didn’t make a mess with my hair. So if it’s a short stay, you probably don’t need conditioner. One more good thing, they offer a hairdryer, which is rare for a reasonable hotel. You’ll get a beautiful canal view from the window and there’s a pedestrian’s path on the canal right in front of the hotel so you can begin your day with a pleasant walk. The location is a bit far from the city center, but I’m glad I made it here because if not, I wouldn’t have known I could have such beautiful views in this area. "

"The Imperial Hotel was a great choice for our trip to Copenhagen. It was well located with most attractions within walking distance. Also very close to public transportation. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice-very good food and great service from Francisco!! Our room was very clean, good size, lovely bathroom, very quiet where our room was located. Room darkening drapes helped with the many hours of daylight. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Copenhagen."
