Cosy semi-detached house "Morgensonne und Abendrot". 1.5 km from the centre of Karlshagen, on the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Zinnowitz, 12 km from the centre of Wolgast, 2.2 km from the sea, 2.2 km from the beach. For shared use: meadow. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 950 m, restaurant 1.1 km, café 950 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 2.2 km. Minigolf 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Morgensonne", 3-room semi-detached house 70 m2\. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
