  • The apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated holiday complex and is wheelchair accessible. It offers a quiet setting with a private, secluded terrace, a living room with sofa bed and integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and window. A parking space is included. The apartment is family-friendly, bicycle-friendly (2 adult bikes and 1 children's bike available), and suitable for workers. There is a sauna inside the apartment.



    The seaside resort Karlshagen is in the north of Usedom Island. The town offers many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby, you’ll find several attractions, including the Historical Technical Museum and submarine in Peenemünde, the butterfly farm and upside-down house in Trassenheide, the pier and diving bell in Zinnowitz, as well as the Lürssen shipyard and zoo in Wolgast.



    A clothes rack with pegs and a sun umbrella are provided. The living room features an infrared cabin. Wi-Fi is available.



    Arrival is possible between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm; departure by 10:00 am. A complimentary linen package with bed linen and towels is included. Additional charges may apply for final cleaning, tourist tax, and bringing a dog. Please inform us before arrival if you wish to bring a dog.
