Einfach, weitestgehend sauber (Fensterrahmen innen könnten auch mal geputzt werden) alles andere sauber. Dusche mit extrem hoher Wanne und sehr eng. Nichts für kräftigere, Ältere und eingeschränkte Menschen. Neue Matratzen im hygienischen Überzug. Kein Luxus, aber mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Für uns okay

Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert und der junge Mann sehr nett. Leider waren die Matratzen vorallen jene an der Türseite fast unzumutbar. Stehlampe,Uhr,Tiefkühlfach,mehrere Türen an Schränken waren defekt. Kaffeemaschiene und Wasserkocher hatten ihre besten Jahre lange hinter sich.Insgesamt wirkte die Wohnung sehr lieblos und spärlich eingerichtet. Wir sind echt keine Nörgler und unkompliziert,aber hier muß echt was getan werden !!

Die Ferienwohnung ist abgewöhnt.

Kaputte Leuchtmittel vom Vorjahr waren noch immer defekt. Fernseher war kaputt und wurde nach mehrmaligem mahnen nach 4 Tagen gewechselt. Geschirrbestand war teils Angeschlagen. Der große Sonnenschirm war leider auch kaputt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber sehr gut.

Das Objekt ist abgewohnt.

Mängelliste: Leuchtmittel im Bad und Stehlampe nach einem Jahr immer noch defekt. Geschirr war teils angeschlagen. Großer Sonnenschirm kapput. Nicht funktionsfähiger Fernseher wurde erst nach 4 Tagen getauscht. Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

schone ruhige Lage

Bis auf die Matratzen im Ehebett, die immer wieder auseinader rutschten,war alles o.k.Fahrräder konnten im kleinen Schuppen untergebracht werden- Tisch ,Stühle, Sonnenschirm im Aussenbereich parerre auch vorhanden- leider kein w lan. .Aber an der Srandpromenade

Also, die Wohnung ist überhaupt nicht gemütlich. Auf der Couch kann man nicht vernünftig sitzen, und da der Fernseher so hoch hängt bekommt man Nackenschmerzen. Auf dem Stück Couch zum ausziehen ist noch ein sehr dreckiges Betttuch. Im Wohnzimmer steht der Staubsauger und der Wischmop, nicht gerade hübsch. Das Aussenlicht an der Haustür ist kaputt, so das wir immer eine Taschenlampe dabei haben musste. Alles in allem wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Was ich noch vergessen habe zu erwähnen, das die Bettwäsche NICHT gebügelt aufgezogen war. Für kleine Kinder ist allerdings gesorgt,mit Stuhl , Toilettenaufmsatz, Fussbank und etwas Spielzeug. Hoffe es hilft Ihnen, das die nächsten Urlauber sich wohler fühlen als wir. Vielen Dank ..

Die Unterkunft ist iO, wir übe...

Die Unterkunft ist iO, wir übernahmen sie sauber. Bei 5 Personen ist die Couch zum Schlafen allerdings sehr schmal. Die vorhandenen Decken (nicht die Bettdecken) bräuchten dringend eine Wäsche. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist zumutbar, der Strand ist besonders für Kinder sehr schön. Ein Restaurant ist nicht weit und zu empfehlen. Mit der vorhandenen Küchenausstattung kann man auch sehr gut selbst kochen. Tagsüber werden zudem am Strand und Strandnähe überall Fischbrötchen uä angeboten. Supermärkte mit Bäcker sind zu erlaufen. Spiele für die Kinder hatten wir mit, die dortigen waren teilweise unvollständig. Einen Spielplatz sahen wir erst in Trassenheide, Fussballspielmöglichkeiten fanden wir gar nicht. Reisetipps: Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ua:Stralsund mit OzeaneumKoserow mit Karls ErlebnisdorfPeenemünde mit U–Boot und Museum,Trassenheide mit Schmetterlingsfarm und Spielplatz,Ahlbeck mit Sandskulpturenausstellung,2 Zirkusse waren auf der Insel, und es gibt noch viel mehr Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten...

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, nahe am Wald und Feldern. Zum Strand waren es ein paar Schritte mehr.

Bis auf ein paar Defizite in der Sauberkeit (schmutzige Fenster), war es eine schöne Unterkunft

Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienwohnung machte einen sauberen Eindruck und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Daß ein Kleinkind jedoch die Betriebskosten in voller Höhe zahlen muss, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. Auch ist unverständlich, daß für die beiden mitgereisten Hunde für 8 Tage eine Abgabe/Reinigungsgebühr zu zahlen war, obwohl der Auffenthalt lediglich 7 Tage dauerte. Eine Nachfrage beim Vermieter führte zu keiner Einigung. Da die Netzabdeckung auf Usedom völlig unzureichend ist, lediglich an manchen Stränden gibt es LTE, wäre ein WLAN-Angebot in der Ferienwohnung dringend geboten.

Angenehmes, sauberes und ruhiges Feriendomiziel

Es handelt sich bei der Fewo um ein angenehmes,sauberes Feriendomiziel in ruhiger , etwas abgelegenener Lage. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung läßt fast keine Wünsche offen, die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich. Im Wohnbereich und in den Schlafräumen könnte ich mir einen Teppich, bzw.Bettvorleger vorstellen, da die Fußbodenfließen etwas kalt sind. Es gibt einen Abstellplatz für`s Auto innerhalb des Grundstückes, ist aber nicht verschlossen. Insgesamt könnte die Außenanlage etwas gepflegter sein.

liebevoll eingerichtete und auf Kinder eingestellte Unterkunft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend. Für Babys gab es Babybett und Hochstuhl. Für Kinder ein paar Spielzeuge, Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele. Alles war sehr sauber. Bis zum Strand ist es zwar nicht nur ein Katzensprung, aber er ist trotzdem gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schön eingerichtet, Verbesserungen möglich

An sich ist es eine schöne Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet und soweit alles da was man benötigt. Leider haben wir schon am ersten Tag Defizite in der Sauberkeit entdeckt. Auch Dinge wie Gardinen, Fenster oder Deckenlampen sollten ab und an einer Reinigung unterzogen werden. Der Hof ist großzügig mit eigenem Schuppen an der Terasse. Ein eigener Stellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Wohnung befindet sich viel Spielzeug für die kleinen, im Außenbereich sucht man jedoch vergeblich. Es hat uns gut gefallen, zum Wohlfühlen gehört jedoch mehr. Unsere Wahl wird nicht wieder auf diese Wohnung fallen.
