From the terrace or the balcony, the view extends for miles across the dyke meadows. The 2-room apartments 01,02,05 and 06 are located on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the garden. In the 1\. Upstairs are the 3-room maisonette apartments 03,04,07 and 08\. A discreetly integrated in the living area wooden staircase, (Raumsparstreppe, see picture) leads inside the apartment to the upper floor. Please note, this staircase is very steep and could be a problem for physically challenged people and smaller children. In the apartments, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant warmth for cooler days. In addition, in the living area mostly stoves. Each apartment has an open kitchen. In all apartments free Wi-Fi is available. The large garden has a play area, seating in gazebos, barbecue areas and a fire pit for beautiful evenings after a day on the white, wide and long beach. Sträucher und Sitzecken in der Außenanlage waren sehr ungepflegt und gernzwertig. Es gab nur einen Mülleimer in der Küche, das macht eine Mülltrennung wie Vorgeschrieben sehr schwierig. Die Couch ist sehr unbequem (besonders wenn man sich nach einem langen Tag erholen will) Duschvorhang im Bad war im unteren Bereich dunkelbraun versifft, die Fließenfugen teilweise schwarz, der Türstock an der Duschseite ebenfalls schwarz angeschimmelt, der Abfluß war ebenfalls zum Einzug verstopft. Ecken in der Wohnung waren nicht sauber geputzt und staubig/dreckig. Die Wäsche war in einer Mülltüte für uns bereit gelegt (nicht einmal schön bereitgelegt/hergerichtet). Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen uns auf den mit der Wohnungsnummer beschrifteten Parkplatz zu stellen, es gibt aber keine Nummerierung der Parkplätze. Das Geschirr war dreckig, da der Geschirrspüler verstopft war (nicht sachgemäß von Vormietern benutzt und keine Prüfung zwischenzeitlich stattgefunden). In der angegeben Zeit ist das Büro nur sporadisch besetzt und auch telefonisch schlecht erreichbar. Kein vollständig geschlossener Gartenzaun in alle Richtungen vorhanden (nach vorn komplett offen, rückseitig ein Feld-Element offen, rechts kein Zaun vorhanden). ##### Marcel W.
