The Location
The first-floor apartment is south-facing and located in the popular Ostseeland holiday complex in Karlshagen on Usedom. The fine-sand beach is practically right outside the door—after about 600 metres, you’ll already be at the sea. Shopping, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby.
The surrounding coastal and forest trails ensure a varied holiday, ideal for biking and hiking. The Karlshagen marina, with its restaurants and small events, is also within easy reach and makes for a lovely gathering spot by the sea. Families can have fun at the Trassenheide climbing forest, while the Karlshagen Seaside Festival is easily accessible on foot or by bike and creates a lively holiday atmosphere every summer.
