The "Ferienhaus Albatros" is located in a small holiday home settlement in a quiet location/back street of Karlshagen with a view of the deer meadows. The ground floor and child-friendly holiday home is approx. 90 square metres in size, furnished with great attention to detail, offers space for 7 people and has WLAN, a safe and two free parking spaces. To the side of the holiday home is a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, privacy screen, handcart and charcoal barbecue. In the garden there is a play area with a sandpit for the children. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. There are many leisure activities (beach rides, mini golf, children's entertainment,...) as well as shopping facilities (bakery, supermarket) nearby.

The equipment of the holiday home corresponds to a four-star comfort. It consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchenette, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 daylight bathrooms. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with cooker/ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, additional Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer and children's high chair leaves nothing to be desired. In the living area there is a large dining table for 8 people, which invites you to enjoy extended meals. The open fire is best enjoyed from the cosy sofa. A satellite TV and radio/CD/DVD player/WLAN/safe round off the ambience. The adjoining terrace can be reached through the doors in the living area. A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. In each bedroom there is a double bed (2 x 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m (can also be used as single beds)), wardrobe and a mirror. In one bedroom there is also a satellite TV, a seating area and a travel cot. The two bathrooms are equipped with towel dryer, shower, WC, washbasin, shower stool (1x). A washing machine, clothes horse, iron and hairdryer are available. In the hallway there is a wardrobe, bench, mirror and various coat hooks. All rooms are equipped with shutters and fly screens.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, handcart and children's play equipment. The lawned plot borders directly on a small forest. In the garden shed bicycles,... can be stored in the garden shed.

The Albatros holiday home is at ground level. A cot is available in one of the bedrooms. Due to Corona regulations, it is only possible to order a towel and bed linen package together.charging of e-cars is not permitted.arrival/departure on weekends possible on request.

The wide and gently sloping fine sandy Baltic Sea beach of Karlshagen is only a 20-minute walk away and is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The world's largest beach volleyball tournament takes place here every year. Along the beach promenade you will find a small spa park, many sheltered seating areas and a playground for children. A new network of cycle paths at the edge of the forest makes it easy to reach all the seaside resorts. There are several restaurants and a boat hire service/ramp in the Karlshagen marina. Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery) are approx. 300 metres away.
