"When built a few decades ago was probably very nice, but it’s now approaching the end of its useable life and unfortunately it has not been maintained or even cleaned much. Biggest disappointment was low quality but expensive food — and it’s a long way to town so you’re trapped. Even Grab gets in on the rip-off by making the ride into town three to four times the cost of the ride from town. "

"The property is beautiful surrounded by a lush forest which brings around wildlife (including some monkeys that can be a bit invasive). "I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

"A good choice for an overnight stay with all the facilities you'd expect from this hotel. Good location just away from the port but within walking distance of bars/restaurants on the front. The infinity pool was lovely overlooking the islands - however there was limited pool furniture and only 3 parasols which was an issue. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop terrace watching the sunset. Pity this isn't open during the day as the food offered would have been most welcome for lunch. Staff were lovely and reactive. "
