Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung in einer fürchterlichen Megaanlage ohne Fußweg, die Strassen mit Schlaglöchern, nicht fertig gestellte Bauten, nur Rasenflächen. Ein Edeka-Laden und eine Pizzeria - das ist die gesamte Versorgung. Man merkt, dass der Bauträger pleite ist und alles nur auf Sparflamme am Laufen gehalten wird. Alles in allem eine Bausünde - zu Marinezeiten hiess das Ganze auch OLPESIBIRSK

Sehr gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Leider ist die Wegeführung aufgrund der noch nicht fertiggestellten Gesamtanlage schlecht. Teilweise sind große Schlaglöcher in den Straßen, sodass beim Fahrradfahren Vorsicht geboten ist. Es fehlt auch leider ein geeigneter Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder. Wir haben unsere Fahrräder an den Hinweisschild der Ferienwohnung angestellt und abgeschlossen. Ansonsten war alles sehr zufriedenstellend.
