Den schönen Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nur 2x kurzzeitig nutzen, aber bei Sonnenschein echt klasse, da zu entspannen. In die Stadt kommt man gut zu Fuß, auch an den Hafen. Dort gibt es viel zu sehen, interessant die Klappbrücke, drei Schiffe bieten Touren auf der Schlei an, auch sind genügend Lokale vorhanden. Wer ausgiebige Fahrradtouren liebt, kommt auf seine Kosten. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortstrand, sie ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl. Die Vermieter sind nett und gastfreundlich. Der Garten ist ruhig, erholsam und mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt ist von hier aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Kappeln ist ein schöner Urlaubsort und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge entlang der Schlei. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung war immer sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns jedesmal sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprach immer genau der Beschreibung in der Internetanzeige. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern, oft ein Manko, waren tadellos und bequem. Der zur Ferienwohnung gehörende Gartenbereich lädt ebenso wie die Wohnung zum Erholen ein. Für die Selbstversorgung stehen 3 Supermärkte im Umkreis von einem Kilometer bereit. Ein Bäcker ist nur fünf Fußminuten entfernt.
