"The best place to stay away from all things 'touristy'. The 2 Queen 1 Bedroom Suite was perfect for our family of 5 for one week. There was enough space for everyone. Breakfast was good with the daily omelette station and other hot and cold offerings; however, it can get busy. Evening reception was perfect at the end of the day and it, too, can get busy. Paid parking is perfectly located on the property with easy in/out access. Shout out to all the staff with their entertainment recommendations and hospitality."

"This property is in a beautiful and well kept part of the island. The lagoons are great for swimming and just enjoying the sun. The gardens, views, and pools are beautiful. The beach bar is nice, but predictably expensive. The environment is noticeably more calm and tranquil than the downtown hotel scene at Honolulu/Waikiki. We never felt crowded or overstimulated. Having said that, if you plan to spend a lot of time in/around Honolulu/Waikiki, it’s about a 45 minute drive when traffic is considered. Check in was easy and our host quickly explained everything with a short but useful tour. Highly recommend this place unless you want to be downtown every day."

"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"Upon check-in we were given the wrong room number. We took our luggage/groceries up & struggled with keycards to get in the room until the guests staying there opened the door to confront us. We returned to the front desk & they then gave us the correct room number, but our keycards wouldn’t open that room either. It was a very awkward/unpleasant check-in after traveling all day. The building location, pools & lagoon beach were all amazing! We’ve stayed at Aulani and Marriott, but we preferred these condos in between as they were much quieter & very relaxing, Easy walk to the other lagoon beaches, restaurants & the shopping center down the street. Nice to have garage parking, but our space was far from the unit. We’ve stayed in several similar style luxury condos, but for the rate we paid, we were disappointed with the overall condition of this unit. The dishwasher was cracked & broken with a piece of tape on it saying “do not use.” The dining chairs fabric were all stained, so we ate our meals at the kitchen counter (only 2 stools) or in the deck chairs. Overall, the furniture was all worn, chipped & not up to the quality of the complex/rate. The patio had a bunch of empty planter pots. The kitchen was very sparse, not enough plates/cups to match occupancy of 6, so we had to wash dishes every meal & use random items. Cooking pans were limited & old/damaged. We booked here for a luxury kitchen to cook in, which it was not. We’ll come back but only if we stay in another unit. "
