Nice business hotel, center of Kagoshima city. There are a lot of kind restaurants ,bars and bus stop near the hotel. But it’s a little expensive for that room.

Great location of hotel, go to others spot for sight seeing only required around 15mins to walk, e.g. sakurajima port, dolphin port, and etc. Sengannen is a little bit far away from hotel. Also, Kagoshima chou eki requires 15mins walk to go. Easy to buy the ticket back and go to the Kagoshima airport. Other than the location, the staffs are nice and English is good, they are helpful to search the view if you don't know how to go or which one is the famous.The room and toilet are clean and comfortable. The toilet ventilation rate is satisfy. It is a bit more expensive than the hotel nearby but it is worth.

Enjoyable stay
Best location: airport bus stop nearby, shops and restaurants all around. Best Service: always fulfilled our requests. All facilities are in good condition. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will come back again.

Good service, good location. Just In front of popular Shirokuma cafe in Tenmonkan We wished our room was non smoking. Even with air cleaning machwe could not get rid of nasty smell.

Tram from outside train station and only a couple of stops at Y170 each. Pay as you get out. Or buses elsrwhere. Hotel staff very attentive. Gave us umbrella whilst raining. Felt nice staying there. Recommended

Good spot right on Tenmonkan
The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, if you want to eat and shop, and just steps from the streetcar.

This was our second time lodging in this hotel which is right in the heart of the Kagoshima town. Very convenient: to all the shops in Tenmonkan, and minutes away from the port and the Central Station. The hotel is just 2 min. from the airport bus stop. And nearby we could easily get a rented car to take us away from Kagoshima.

Nice hotel until I returned home and realized ...
I was very pleased with the hotel, the staff and the service during my stay. The rooms are small, but that is typical with most Japanese hotels. The hotel is very convenient for city walking in Kagoshima and restaurants. Sadly, the major problem I had was not realized until I returned home. I noticed a problem during the flight back and then confirmed it when I got home: I had picked up a case of body lice. The room was very clean and I would have never suspected this to be a problem. But I wonder if it was due to not having a top sheet and only using a comforter/covered by a duvet. If that comforter was not laundered after every guest's stay, that could be the source of the lice. This caused me to greatly lower my option of this hotel.

5 star accommodation - best hotel in 3 weeks!
Awesome! As good as 5 star hotel!! We stayed only 1 night but hotel was spacious (massive in comparison to Japanese hotels) and had everything you need. The price was unbelievable and from the 10hotels we have stayed in Japan this one was by far the best! Would stay again!! Wifi excellent did not have breakfast option but staff were happy to hold bags post check out and right across the road from tram and 3 stops to JR station.

The unique Richmond style in central Kagashima
It was a pleasure to enjoy The Richmond hotel's style and hospitality during our 3 night stay in Kagashima. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's modern style and pleasing aesthetic and the fact it is so convenient to the station and all points of interest.

Glad to staying there!
Excellent location. Reasonable room size. Staffs are helpful. Foods, shops, tourist info center & public transportation (included limousine bus) are around the hotel in 1~5 minutes walk distance.

번화가에서도 가깝고, 호텔에서 2분거리에 전차 역도 있습니다. 주변 맛집(북극빙수,가루후라멘) 모두 도보 2분이네로 접근이 용이합니다!

地點就在天文館通, 行街搵食十分方便, 酒店房間設施齊全, 我訂的是雙床房, 房間夠大, 唯一最差就是景觀, 我入住3樓, 開窗就是對面大廈牆壁, 相隔1-2米, 沒有什麼可看到, 還住了兩晚, 很沒趣.

好立地ホテル
天文館の中にホテルがあるので夜ご飯食べに行くなどすごく便利な立地。 化粧水やクレンジング、パックなどホテルが全て用意してくれてるので女性には有難い。メイク道具だけ持って来れば後は何もいらない。 おすすめです。
