"Filthy, disgusting room, sheets were stained, the person at the reception was not interested in assisting at any way, not even able, according to her, to give us new clean sheets to replace ourselves. We asked for that immediately upon arrival, it was not even 7pm, but she was completely useless. The worst thing yet was the smell, the placed smelled like an ashtray.
