We offer you a modern, comfortably furnished apartment where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in a stylish half-timbered house with private parking. You’re right in the heart of Kandel, with the town centre and all major shops within walking distance.

This stylish half-timbered apartment, with its charming exposed beams, offers high-quality amenities and can accommodate up to 6 guests. To make you feel right at home, we’ve provided all the comforts you need.

Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a warm cup of tea at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a grill, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. You’ll also find plenty of coffee capsules, various types of tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen.

To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the first bedroom features a large king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the second bedroom has a cosy queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with hotel-quality bedding.
For the 5th and 6th guests, there’s a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with a slatted frame and mattress in the separate living room/bedroom.
The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof blackout curtains, ensuring your night’s rest remains undisturbed. You’ll find USB charging ports for your smartphone on the nightstands.

There’s a wardrobe with wooden hangers and multiple compartments for your clothes. If you’re on a business trip, the desk in the bedroom is perfect for working comfortably from the comfort of our apartment. And of course, you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi for free.

In the spacious combined living room and bedroom, you can make yourself comfortable on the large, cosy corner sleeper sofa and wind down the evening in front of the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV, and RLT+.
The large solid-wood table offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy a nice dinner, play a board game—a selection of which you’ll find in the apartment—or simply sit together comfortably.

In the daylight-filled bathroom with a rain shower, you can start your day feeling refreshed.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

If you have dirty laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washing machine and dryer. The necessary laundry detergent is available to you free of charge. You can also use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again. The washing machine and dryer are available to you in the basement.

In the courtyard, you can make yourself comfortable in the shared seating area and perhaps strike up a conversation with other holidaymakers or reflect on the day over a glass of Palatinate wine.
