A very thoughtful touch was the free tuk-tuk ride to the nearest BTS, which made getting around so convenient. What truly touched us was that without us informing the hotel about my daughter’s birthday, they surprised us by sending a slice of cake to our room with a handwritten birthday card. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that made our stay extra special. This level of care and attention really stood out. We felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Tom yum soup tasted like sea water, no flavor. Only good part of dinner was they delivered leftovers which was most of the meal to ours room so we can just throw away. The hotel room floor had multiple stains in the room and cigarette butts on the balcony. 3 stars was solely for the service. Attendant and staff in restaurant was excellent. Was a good hotel years ago. Not worth staying again.
